After a meal with her husband one day, Virginia Marotta collapsed from cardiac arrest on the sidewalk outside of the New Dorp Applebees. Vera Elmanzi, a diner at the Applebees and registered nurse, noticed Virginias collapse and, with the help of another nurse, kept her alive until someone could flag down a passing ambulance, a Primary Care Ambulance.
