Primary Care Ambulance Service is family owned and operated.  We respond to all calls promptly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our professional and courteous staff makes patient care our number one priority. The main focus of our company is to provide the best service in our industry.  We pride ourselves in responding to each of our calls in a timely manner.

Our ambulances are state of the art, State certified and ready when YOU need them! They are equipped to handle transportation to residences, hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient clinics and dialysis centers.  Our Paramedic Ambulances provide emergency and non-emergency transports for ventilator dependent patients.

Primary Care Ambulance EMTs and Paramedics are all certified by New York State Department of Health. Staff members participate in ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and training curriculum to make sure quality patient care is always provided. Employees are trained extensively in emergency patient care, road safety and their knowledge of efficient travel routes. Our employees are well versed in specialty transports, aiding in a declared State of Emergency and Mass Evacuations. Quality improvement studies are done internally to maintain this high standard.
